Surrounded by farmers markets, vineyards and ocean beaches we invite local ingredients to inspire us. Our Story

We keep a large map of the USA on a wall in our shop, the kind that you can unfold and squeeze into a poster frame. After a day fully engaged in the work required to produce high quality handmade confections it’s neat to look at the map and think about all our little treats heading somewhere to put a smile on someone’s face.

We produce our chocolates from the finest cacao in the world, representing single origins, organic producers, and simply the best covertures. Producing in small batches allows us to accentuate our chocolates by pairing flavor combinations with the inherent attributes of a given chocolate. You will discover “local-to-us” produced wines and herbs, fresh all natural cream and dairy in our handmade confections.

Every purchase we make or don’t make is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment. Together we are making a difference by supporting organic producers, sustainable agriculture and local businesses. We also use recycled goods for most of our day to day business needs including packaging, paper and plastic supplies. Feel good about it!
